DAÄS Happiness Guarantee
We’re obsessed with making sure you love your ice cream. If there’s an error with your order or you simply don’t like what you got, we’ll make it right.
If we make a mistake (errors, damages, wrong order)
If your order arrives:
- incorrect (wrong flavour, wrong size, missing items), or
- damaged, melted beyond saving, or clearly not up to our usual standard
Your next ice cream is on us.
We’ll either:
- replace the affected item free of charge, and
- give you one free ice cream on your next order/visit.
Please contact us as soon as you notice the issue (ideally within 24 hours of receiving your order) with your order details and, if possible, a photo so we can sort it quickly.
If you don’t love your ice cream
Tried a flavour and it’s just not your thing? It happens.
If you’re not happy with the taste or texture of your ice cream, we’ll give you another ice cream for free so you can try something else.
Just email us with:
- your name
- where/when you purchased
- what you ordered
- what you didn’t like
We’ll sort out a free replacement ice cream on your next visit or order.
